Placed an order on the 27th April 2009 -

Placed an order on the 27th April 2009 - received an auto-generated confirmation.
Since then I have telephoned on 2 occasions to try and establish a delivery date, without sucess, so that I can arrange to be at home to receive item.
On my second call made today I have been advised that the washing machine I ordered is out of stock and I am to call again tomorrow to see if they have more information. I am disappointed, firstly, that their website gives the impression that the company have a speedy delivery service. Secondly, that I have not been contacted to advise of the stock situation and finally, but most importantly Digico chose to debit my card payment on receipt of the order for something they were not yet in a position to supply.
Would of at least expected a call from them when they received my order to advise.
