The on line tracking system does not

The on line tracking system does not work and I had no idea when the order may be delivered. There was no reply to an e mail enquiry.
I have not been able to return part of the order because I have not been able to get anyone to reply to an e mail or multiple phone calls/messages. You need a return number to be able to return goods.
There is no one in the organisation that seems to want to take responsibility and by the way - the MD "does not talk to customers" and no one else will either!
Buy your goods elsewhere.
