Ordered 10/10/08 it is now 5/11/08 - no delivery. When looked at 'state of order' said ready for dispatch. I phoned- told having trouble with supply ie they haven't got it to dispatch (Panasonic DVD Recorder with Freeview). It would have been courteous of them to send email or given better response in 'state of order'.
Price of product is good, but maybe next time I would think about a different supplier for similar product.
