I ordered a 37" Sharp and received a

I ordered a 37" Sharp and received a confrimation email to this effect but was sent a 32". I have spoken to Trading Standards and are awaiting a investigation currently under way however Digico despite being advised that this was being investidated by TS still refuse to send me a 37".

This companies customer service is a joke and as far as I can tell so is everyone that works there as I did speak to a few.
