In purchasing from them i ensured the web site had In Stock against the item which it did. I received a confirmation from them by email an there was no mention of it being out of stock. I then contacted them by phone 2 days later for progress and was told it s out of stock,and that stock would not be in for another 4 weeks, at this point however they had alreadytaken my money (£350). I left it a week and called again anonymously and asked about stock and was told they dont have any in stock but will be in next week (2 weeks earlier to what they had told me. I phoned them again on the day the stock was supposed to be in and was told no stock and wont be in for 2 weeks. i pointed out they were showing in stock on the web and have done for 2 weeks and was told we are having problems with that item as the engineer cant take it off the web.

In summary, their web site is not correct, they take your money on order and not when ready for despatch, they change their story to suit them and they have poor communication and very poor customer after sales service, i wont be using them again and have cancelled my order now.
