To cut a long story short I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, their customer service is complete rubbish. if you do order, pray your goods are not faulty. I ordered a Panasonic DMREX77 DVD recorder in August. about ten days after delivery the machinie began to play up (sticking on playback from HDD). I phoned DIGICO and spoke to someone called Geoff from technical. He advised returning the machine to it's shipping settings this didn't work, they put me in touch with my local panasonic dealer to repair the machine, this didn't work either. On advice from trading standards i sent them a recorded letter outlining that I now want a full refund. I gave them 14 days to respond, (actually a bit longer with the postal strike) they haven't bothered to get in touch, so it looks like i'll end going to the small claims court. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
