I ordered this DVD Player Panasonic

I ordered this DVD Player Panasonic DVDS33 on Monday The 24th of September then on phoned them on the tuesday to check everything was ok was told yes and it would be shipped out on the wedensday at this point thought fine i then phoned them on the wedensday to confirm and was told i should get the item on Thurday or Friday all looking good Thursday came and went so Friday came and i checked the site on the order tracking and noticed that it had not changed still saying that my order was still being proccessed then i noticed that my item was not on the site any more so i phoned again and was told it was out of stock and would have to wait four weeks for the item when i asked why did you take the money and why was i not contacted about it and why was i told it would be delivered on Thursay or Friday the guy at the other end of phone roudly said we will give you a refund no sorry s or explanations now i am very pissed off with this now on site they state they have 35years of experience in what i dont know definatly not customer service maybe it s 35years in lies and deciept Do Not Use This Merchant Total Waste Of Time Plus i Lost Two Days Wages Waiting for them will never use them again
