Customer Care need to be more specific

Customer Care need to be more specific regarding delivery timings as I had to make 3 telephone calls to be assured that delivery was going to be made on the day I had been advised. Having said that they did keep saying that it was on the van for delivery and that it would be delivered on the specified delivery day. It was delivered on that day but not until 7.30pm... I would however purchase from you again.
