Shocking service!! Ordered and promised

Shocking service!!

Ordered and promised next day delivery.
The order stayed in "order processing" for over a week until I phoned up and discovered that it was out of stock.

After being told twice that the order was due in tomorrow I eventually discovered that it was actually not coming in for over a week.

Rubbish service and information!
DO NOT USE... I am still awaiting a refund!
