Very good prices and easy to order from

Very good prices and easy to order from the website, happy with products, however I had a few troubles with delivery. They mis-understood my desired delivery date and did not come when I expected them, then when it was delivered, the driver misread my flat number and continually rung the neighbours, then thought getting the goods as far as my lift after turning the heavy goods that were clearly marked must be moved upright sideways, he didn t want to help me move them out of the lift and in to my flat. Great prices, but let down with customer service.
