    If there were minus star options then I would have used them.
    Similar stories as the review below. Never ever use Southall Travel if you wish to enjoy your holiday. My story is too long to go into but I have never dealt with a more immoral company. Simple!!! Read Full Review »

    Absolute Disgrace. I booked a return flight, with a changeable ticket, to Australia at the end of February. For family reasons, on the last week of march emailed Southall to explain that I would need my flight details changed to a specific date and left two contact telephone numbers. 3 days past and I received no email.
