If I could give them a zero for delivery

If I could give them a zero for delivery and customer care, I would too. Ordering and availability was fine, but i've adjusted these down to give them the overall rating they deserve.

Ordered a new mattress on thursday morning. Supposedly guaranteed delivery the next morning (friday) but no sign of it. They claimed they couldn't let me know until 1115 that they can't deliver today after all because they were all stood outside the building after their fire alarm went off, and they didn't have my number. What a load of tosh.

Don't know what's going to happen now as it's the weekend and i don't see why is should pay a premium for saturday delivery when it is they who let me down. Might be best to cancel and start again with someone not in norwich.

Don't believe their promises or guarantees and don't expect customer services to do anything either.

What a bunch of norfolk turkeys!
