Mattress Man

I ordered a divan base with drawers from this store and paid £30 for Saturday delivery. The divan base was delivered in such bad condition that I took photos and sent them to customer service. Three of four drawers were totally un-usuable and it wasn't because of transit. I showed the photos to many of my work colleagues and they couldn't believe that one can sell such bad quality. I am not exagerating here. On top of that, the two bases didn't match in colour, one was delivered in colour sand and one in colour wheat! When I contacted customer service and spoke to their manager (Laura), I was told that they can only re-deliver on weekdays, not on weekends. I was so upset, saying that I paid for Saturday delivery and that I can't take a day off work, because of neglegence on their part. But that was it, I was stuck with the base! I was the victim, but I felt I was treated like the suspect! I could just tell, that they didn't care if the customer was happy or not and that they just followed their rules. The only thing she offered me in the end, was the re-delivery of three new drawers and a tiny 15% on one of the bases! And not once did they appologise for the neglegence on their part, the only thing they appologised for, was for the way I felt. Unbelievable, but true!

I have to say that I would never ever order from them again, I'd rather pay £100 and buy from a proper store. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and go somewhere else.
