Mattress Man

If I could give 0 stars for

If I could give 0 stars for availability, delivery and customer care then I certainly would. I have had poor service from Mattressman and I have not had my goods delivered and as a consequence I am temporarily without a bed to sleep in.

I ordered a bed from mattressman on Wednesday 31st October, they promise next day delivery. I chose to pay an additional £30 for Saturday delivery as this was worth the price for myself as I am self employed and I do not get paid when I have a day off.

Saturday came and went and I have no mattress. I phoned the delivery department and they promised to look into the matter and call me back which they did not.

Later I called the customer service team who just said that it "should have been delivered", of course it should have been delivered but it clearly was not.

I have cancelled the order now but this still leaves me with no bed to sleep on for the next few days until I can get a reliable delivery. I also have to go to the hassle of finding another company and taking a day off work and losing a days pay.

I will never order from Mattressman again.
