    Bouqet ordered before 12noon on the day prior to delivery - I telephoned to ensure that it would be delivered nexr day as until you enter the credit card details the delivery date is not displayed. I was assured that they would be. They did not arrive.     im writing because, i think your service is excellent, but, i have a suggestion that could improve things for both you and your customers. some of us are not as mobile as we used to be, therefore if you introduced groceries online, your sales would boost, and i for one be so happy.

    After 12 month of placing the order by telephone, I still have not received a satisfactory suite, although 5 have been delivered. I have had nothing but promises of goodwill gestures when all I want is a perfect suite of which I paid for 12mths ago. As for customer service I don't think they give a dam. Read Full Review »

    In August 2005 I purchased a dining suite. At the time of purchase, we were assured that Saturday delivery was no problem! Eventually in October, a dining suite arrived.
