Bouqet ordered before 12noon on the day

Bouqet ordered before 12noon on the day prior to delivery - I telephoned to ensure that it would be delivered nexr day as until you enter the credit card details the delivery date is not displayed. I was assured that they would be. They did not arrive. I telephoned the following day to be told that they had been despatched at 6am that morning, which was a saturday - pretty useless as the delivery was to an office. They offered me a refund and another bouquet as compensation which was delivered when requested. But they will NOT refund the money. They are now saying that their policy is to offer a refund OR a replacement bouquet free of charge (hardly free if they are charging you for the one that didn't arrive!). They dispute what I was told by the call handler, blaming a misunderstanding, I said "you will refund my credit card?" and she said "yes" - can't really misunderstand that! Not getting anywhere with them so will have to pay - but this is the last thing I will EVER be buying from Marks.
