Marks and Spencer

After 12 month of placing the order by

After 12 month of placing the order by telephone, I still have not received a satisfactory suite, although 5 have been delivered. I have had nothing but promises of goodwill gestures when all I want is a perfect suite of which I paid for 12mths ago. As for customer service I don't think they give a dam.
