What a Shambles! Order made 26th

What a Shambles!
Order made 26th November, which you would think would be in plenty of time for christmas as all the other companies I ordered from got my order to me in a week. Estimated despatch date said 4th-8th December, which was fine. Then I got an email saying, sorry your order will be a little later than expected, it will be with you by 3rd December, which was funny because according to my account it wasnt going to be here until 4th-8th December anyway. So i emailed to query and was told it would go out on 7th December, nothing, as of today 11th, items still havent been despatched and i now have a new estimated delivery date of 16th-17th December, whether it will change again who knows, and on top of that, an item which was in stock has been taken off my order by M&S, and my bill adjusted. Where this item has gone I have no idea? My order came to over £30 originally so I qualified for free delivery, now an item has been taken away by them its under £30 and they have the cheek to charge me delivery, if the item isnt in stock its their error and it shouldnt have let me buy the item so they shouldnt be now charging delivery. Taking it up with them currently to see why the item has been taken off and why they think its ok to charge me delivery. What a mess, wont be ordering from them again, be my first and only time.
