Over the last two years we have tried in vain to establish your system concerning what you are seriously selling and what is for sale due only what the delivery lorry brings on any given day.
We live some seven miles from your Bedford Store and have been a regular customer over the last forty years. Our frustration is based mainly on our inability to buy one ltr bottles of freshly squeezed orange juice with bits when we go to M&S at Bedford. You have the sign displayed that you sell this item however it is very rarely on display.The staff make all kinds of excuses they have even stated that M&S are not producing it any longer. Due to the uncertainty on you stocking this we go to Tescos and buy three one ltr. cartons of this product for four pounds and we are not visiting your store so often. If we do intend going into Bedford we have on numerous occasions telephoned the store beforhand sometimes we have been lucky but not very often. Is it a case that the company is controlled by computers ? If we go to Milton Keynes Branch it is always available. On princible you could be losing a good and loyal customer look at your records.

The trouble we have been put through on this one product beggers belief.
