I have spent oodles of money (literally thousands)with M&S since they first started online trading, on clothes, furniture & other stuff. I live miles from any main shops so shopping online is ideal for me, but the whole experience with M&S is now a nightmare. I have several orders I've placed that they seem just to have ignored, I've paid for date-specific delivery but things don't turn up, I've e-mailed & e-mailed but got no reply, so I don't know what is going on!
I'm afraid to say that they have now lost me as a customer - in fact an order I placed on a Sunday for some goods with Next.co.uk arrived the very next day, AND I was able to choose a.m. or p.m. delivery - now that's what I call service!
