I ordered 3 items on 8th April. Nothing

I ordered 3 items on 8th April. Nothing arrived just lots of emails saying items delayed. I emailed on 9th May to see where they were. No reply until 14th May. Goods would arrive 15th May.No goods arrived,just another email saying delayed. Emailed again to cancel order, asked M&S to emial back confirming.No reply to email as yet.Phoned 19th May.It appears one item out of stock so none sent.
Customer Service on phone rather frosty. What a poor service from what is supposely Britains major retailer. I would not have needed to use the online service had their local store not been so poorly stocked. Are they interested in providing a good service? Not on this showing. Nought out of ten.
