What a Shambles! Order made 26th November, which you would think would be in plenty of time for christmas as all the other companies I ordered from got my order to me in a week. Estimated despatch date said 4th-8th December, which was fine. Then I got an email saying, sorry your order will be a little later than expected, it will be with you by 3rd December, which was funny because according to my account it wasnt going to be here until 4th-8th December anyway. So i emailed to query and was told it would go out on 7th December, nothing, as of today 11th, items still havent been despatched and i now have a new estimated delivery date of 16th-17th December, whether it will change again who knows, and on top of that, an item which was in stock has been taken off my order by M&S, and my bill adjusted. Where this item has gone I have no idea? My order came to over £30 originally so I qualified for free delivery, now an item has been taken away by them its under £30 and they have the cheek to charge me delivery, if the item isnt in stock its their error and it shouldnt have let me buy the item so they shouldnt be now charging delivery. Taking it up with them currently to see why the item has been taken off and why they think its ok to charge me delivery. What a mess, wont be ordering from them again, be my first and only time.
After weeks spent looking for best deal finally ordered from M&S, it was the right decision. delivered ahead of time, with phone call to inform me, installed and everything explained, the perfect buying experience. Thank you team M&S for the professional service.
Over the last two years we have tried in vain to establish your system concerning what you are seriously selling and what is for sale due only what the delivery lorry brings on any given day. We live some seven miles from your Bedford Store and have been a regular customer over the last forty years. Our frustration is based mainly on our inability to buy one ltr bottles of freshly squeezed orange juice with bits when we go to M&S at Bedford. You have the sign displayed that you sell this item however it is very rarely on display. The staff make all kinds of excuses they have even stated that M&S are not producing it any longer. Due to the uncertainty on you stocking this we go to Tescos and buy three one ltr. cartons of this product for four pounds and we are not visiting your store so often. If we do intend going into Bedford we have on numerous occasions telephoned the store beforhand sometimes we have been lucky but not very often. Is it a case that the company is controlled by computers ? If we go to Milton Keynes Branch it is always available. On princible you could be losing a good and loyal customer look at your records. The trouble we have been put through on this one product beggers belief. J. Dennis Sanpit Farm Church End Road Haynes Beds MK45 3RJ
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT - UNLESS YOU CAN REPAIR IT YOURSELF!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOUR WEEKS FOR AN ENGINEER TO CALL ME TO REPAIR MY LAPTOP COMPUTER !!
excellant sales and service, thank you. am visiting again shortly to purchase further items. like the quality and the high standards. well done M&S on winning your recent best supermarket award!
TERRIBLE - WONT USE AGAIN Paid for a specified day delivery of kids back to school clothes & received an email on that day saying cant deliver. No alternate date given - kids dont have clothes for back to school. Not even a phone call to apologise - TERRIBLE
I have spent oodles of money (literally thousands)with M&S since they first started online trading, on clothes, furniture & other stuff. I live miles from any main shops so shopping online is ideal for me, but the whole experience with M&S is now a nightmare. I have several orders I've placed that they seem just to have ignored, I've paid for date-specific delivery but things don't turn up, I've e-mailed & e-mailed but got no reply, so I don't know what is going on! I'm afraid to say that they have now lost me as a customer - in fact an order I placed on a Sunday for some goods with Next.co.uk arrived the very next day, AND I was able to choose a.m. or p.m. delivery - now that's what I call service!
I ordered 3 items on 8th April. Nothing arrived just lots of emails saying items delayed. I emailed on 9th May to see where they were. No reply until 14th May. Goods would arrive 15th May.No goods arrived, just another email saying delayed. Emailed again to cancel order, asked M&S to emial back confirming. No reply to email as yet.Phoned 19th May.It appears one item out of stock so none sent. Customer Service on phone rather frosty. What a poor service from what is supposely Britains major retailer. I would not have needed to use the online service had their local store not been so poorly stocked. Are they interested in providing a good service? Not on this showing. Nought out of ten. PAC.
Absolutely sexy piece of underwear. Will flatter any shape & fully enchance the bust. Will get your mans pulse racing! Matching items are available.
I will leave readers to judge for themselves Order placed by e-mail 3 Dec 2006. Confirmed on 4th stated delivery 9 Dec. An e-mail Dec 8 confirmed the items will be sent to our delivery teams to despatch. The order failed to arrive on 9 Dec and I asked for an explanation. An appology was received Dec 10 and was advised that your parcel will be delivered within the next few days. They the delivery charge of £4.95 claiming it showed genuine concern. Another e-mail Dec 10 stated I have checked your order and it is showing that delivery was made on the 9th December On Dec 11 2006,I e-mailed Thanks for getting back to me. It would be appreciated if the parcel were NOT left out in the event of nobody being around to recieve it. Delivery would be acceptable 16th Dec. Please could you confirm this. On 12 Dec one of the 3 Train Sets arrived in a cardboard box whilst nobody was at home. The box was in clear view of the street and damp weather conditions. I phoned next day expressing concerns and it was agreed that the delivery would be made the following Saturday. On Dec 14 I e-mailed these concerns but had no reply. In a further e-mail I noted no reply. but was informed that the remaining part of the order will be delivered Sat. They failed to arrive. I telephoned just after 5pm to be informed that the parcel was at Gatwick. I followed this by an e-mail Dec 17 expressing poor service and stated that nobody bothered to contact me. I was somewhat incensed when I was told it is normally be 40 hours before a manager could get back to me. No call was received. On Dec 17 they e-mailed they were unable to answer your query at the moment and would be back in touch. Further e-mails on Dec 18 asked for an explanation and expressed concerns over wasted time and effort to ensure that someone was available to recieve deliveries. Later, they told me that their delivery team to look further into the matter. The goods arrived without pre advice on 22 December
