    Washing machine broke down 2pm Friday. After some internet research decided on a Zanussi via John Lewis (good deal and good reputation). Ordered over internet at 2.50pm. Received phone call from John Lewis at 4.30pm same day with a delivery date for the following Tuesday (7.2.06). Delivered on time, took away all packaging. Extremely pleased with the service.     Just to warn folks to be careful with some products at John Lewis. Although I generally like the store and service and accept that means a small premiuim, prices on some goods are absolutely not competative, especially with online stores. For example, I purchased a BBQ from John Lewis for £140 and discovered the same product on 3 reputable online stores for £50 less! I mentioned this to John Lewis... Read Full Review »
