The web site lets you put down an

The web site lets you put down an alternative address for delivery than the billing address - BUT THEY WON'T DELIVER to this alternate address.

Everything went through great on the website with the billing and acceptance of the alternate address.....then a few days later we got a phone call to advise that they couldn't deliver to an alternate address.

Why allow an alternate address if they won't deliver to it....and why wait days to let me know.

Terrible customer service in my opinion.

Unfortunately on this occasion the customers card details failed to pass our very strict security measures. These security procedures are in place in order to protect our customers from online fraud. We have now managed to implement a new security check which will allow us to deliver to a non billing address. I would like to offer my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and with the new changes now in place this situation should not be able to re-occur.
