    Ordered on Wednesday for a birthday on the next Wednesday. Item was "dispatched" on the Thursday so you d expect delivery Saturday or Monday, latest Tuesday. It came the following Friday meaning it took 9 days from ordering (7 working days) not happy!! Read Full Review »

    I ordered printable CDs from Datakits and two weeks later, they still haven t arrived! I ve sent two email enquiries and the only reply has been the offer of reduced postage on my next purchase! I have had no investigation into the matter, offer of replacement delivery or money back. So guess what?? THERE WILL BE NO NEXT PURCHASE!

    The only issue I have with datakits is that it is not possible to speak to someone personally. However, my e-mail enquiry was answered within the 48 hours promised and once I had corrected my mistake with the initial attempt at ordering, the goods were despatch and received within 3 working days.
