Waited the required time, after non arrival E-mailed Data kits 4 times so far no reply apart from automated "Sorry for any delay in receiving your order. we will check the status and follow up the delivery company straight away." which I beleived first time.     I ordered a Pink Intempo Docking station for christmas on the 26th November 2008. It is know 16th December and I havent received this product. I cannot get in touch with them by phone (they are x directory!!) except through email and they just send out a standard reponse of "we are looking into it" which you receive two days after your initial email then you hear nothing.     Oredered an external hard drive from this company on the 26th Nov 2008...Still not received the item..there is a facility to email them but you receive a standard response regardless of what your email says.There is an answer machine but you cannot contact anyone direct and I am still waiting a response for thje message I left!!...My next port of call is Trading Standards!!     They do not reply to emails or phone messages. All phone calls go to voicemail. Their Complaints Dept does not respond. Purchase details in your account not kept up to date. Thay are an absolute disgrace. It can t be that difficult to run an efficient business. They would also make more profit. Perhaps we should feel sorry for them, especially the staff.
