    Ordered 3 weeks before Xmas. Items didn t arrive in time.

    Am struggling to at least get my money back(which was taken from my account quickly enough) as they only have email communication channels and do not seem to respond.
    Will not use again and may even need to get my bank involved just to get my money back.
