    I ordered the item before their promised 5 day delivery date and got an email confirming despatch a couple of days later. SInce then, nothing. The item has not arrived so my other half got no birthday present.     Non delivery of order and nothing but system generated emails saying the same thing. Telephone number is a recorded message. Cannot get any human contact anywhere and no responses to messages. Think I will have to complain to Paypal to get my money back. Read Full Review »

    I had to return a faulty item. I asked for a replacement but later requested a refund as delivery couldn t be guaranteed for Christmas. I was then sent a replacement item which I returned. A refund to my credit card was for the item only and I am currently trying to get a refund for postage amounting to approximately 18.00.     The delivery I was told was 1-2 days, this is why i used this merchant, it s been 5 days so far and still no sign. Shouldn t tell customers 1-2 days when you can t deliver... simple as that. I won t use em again, plenty of other people out there. Read Full Review »
