    was informen goods would be deliverd by 14 March goods havs still not arived by 19 March Sent 2 emails asking what has happened and have only had a standard reply saying they are looking into the matter.I have requested further information and have received no reply. I would certainly not recomend this firm to anyone or use them again myself. I will now try and get a refund. Read Full Review »

    Ordered Sunday and received confirmation of dispatch Monday with advice that order should arrive within 5 days. Not received by the following Mon, so sent e-mail. Automated response received, but nothing else, so after 48hrs e-mailed again with same response. Taking steps to recover payment from credit card provider.     A purchase was made for a christmas present. Over 3 months on and following the return of 2 faulty items Datakits has failed to provide a fully operational and prompt replacement. No longer wishing to wait any longer the request for a full refund has not been answered and communications from Datakits appear to have now stopped. Beware of using this seller. Read Full Review »
