Wrong item sent, then had to pay for postage to return goods before they would send out correct item. That was 7 days ago, and I am still waiting for my order! You can only contact this merchant by email, no phone, and they say they will attempt to reply within 48 hours.

There was a zero rating for unacceptable. I ordered a Jabra Bluetooth headset from Datakits on 13 August 2009. I collected the item from the sorting office on 20 August. I emailed the company straight away because the item was faulty. The goods were returned and I am still waiting for a replacement headset. When you contact them you receive an automated email. I ordered A phone battery on the 30/8/09. To date which is the 14/9/09 I have not got any delivery. I notyfied Datakit twice. The response I got from Datakit seems to be A recording from A machine. With the poor responses from Datakit I cannot help feel that Datakit has fiddled me out of £12.98. Read Full Review »
