    I ordered my item from data kit who emailed me to say that ithad been dispatched on the Monday 22nd of March it had failed to arrive by the 29th I have since emailed them
    twice asking where my phone cover is bot times no reply
    I have since emailed asking for my money to be returned

    Products took a long time to be delivered (18 days from ordering) and I needed to email and phone Datakits a number of times before I got an answer. It turned out my items had got lost by good old Royal Mail.
