    It was very easy to find the product i wanted and to order it. The feedback from the merchand was immediate, and they sent me several emails to let me know of my order s progress, wich i liked because i get to know when my order was dispatched.     Can t talk to anybody as all correspondance is over email or a phone number where you have to leave a voicemail. Item finally arrived about 3 weeks after ordering, was not told anything about it being late until the day before it arrived. Only had this email I think as I emailed them asking where it was, took a while for them to reply! Read Full Review »

    Order place easily, but no confirmation email. Payment taken by PayPal, but site seller shows waiting for funds. I emailed seller, twice, but only get automated email reply.

    I ordered some equipment from DataKits on the 7th April. I have not yet received the goods. I have sent them several emails and left my details on their voicemail. There is no way to talk to them.
