    Unfortunately DataKits failed to provide my order within a month of ordering and it took several e-mails and eventually raising a dispute with Paypal before receiving a response. The response I received was that they blamed Royal Mail for the delay and refunded my money, they did not even offer to resend the item.     Real concerns with this trader.

    No delivery of goods despite daily reminders.

    My order has not been delivered after 3 weeks and no explanation, despite daily reminders. The money was taken from my paypal account as soon as the order was placed.

    Unable to contact them other than by email.
