    I ordered a LCD protective lens for my Samsung U600 on 4th May 09.
    The above item has not been delivered yet (date 9 July 09). This is despite the fact that they collected their payment immediately from PayPal.
    All my emails to date have been ignored. Their telephone number goes to voice-mail.
    Unfortunately I cannot claim my payment back from PayPal as 40 day limit has expired.

    Very poor service. Ordered Wii Microphones on 2nd June and they have still not arrived. I have chased via e-mail and phone several times each week but they do not reply.
