I bought a shell for my mobile phone

I bought a shell for my mobile phone from these guys. The bit that hold it closed broke the first time I used it.

I contacted datakits for a refund or replacement. And again. And again.

No response of any kind until I lodged a complaint with paypal. At that point they started communicating. I got a return product number and sent it off.

Delivery time from the UK is such that it's not possible to get an item delivered, return it, and get a replacement sent within the 6 weeks which a paypal case can be kept alive for. I made the mistake of not elevating the case to a claim with paypal.

Now datakits are again not returning emails, and not sending out the goods. It's been 3 1/2 months.

The ordering process is easy (I gave that one 5 stars), but it stops there. Don't even think about buying from these guys.
