I am not at all impressed with datakits.

I am not at all impressed with datakits. I ordered earphones in August using my debit card. Money was taken out of my account and then I was e mailed saying the product I wanted was not available. I was offered a different product which I said I did not want, I was e mailed again offering me something different which I still did not want. I then asked to have my money refunded and I have heard nothing since. I have had no refund.
I would like this resolved but very difficult when communication has now stopped.
