Ordered a headset which came fully

Ordered a headset which came fully packaged unfortunatly it was faulty, one month after the initial order a replacement arrived, without packaging and without instructions when I contacted the merchant I was informed that it was a bulk item and came without packaging, which is NOT stated on the website. There is no contact number and after numerous emails I got sick of wasting my time, once you re money is in their account they are no longer interested. Steer well clear.
