Placed an order on the 17th of September

Placed an order on the 17th of September 2009 for a Motorola V3i lens. It arrived broken, but I can t blame to postman as it was sent in a totally unsuitable package. Then I had to go through a protracted returns system as you cannot phone someone directly. At the time of writing this review (15/10/2209), I still have not recieved the lens and have asked for a refund. What is the betting that I m going to have more hassle ? Poor customer service and avoid.
