this is turning out to be a nightmare

this is turning out to be a nightmare purchase for me, having ordered some bluetooth earphones i am now ten days into waiting for them still to arrive and they have even taking the money out of my account.

I have left a answer machine message and countless emails and no response other then the automated response you get. Having read other peoples reviews of there experience using this company my confidence is rapidly sinking.

Kelkoo should be ashamed to proudly partner itself with these rogue traders and i feel it will be very difficult for any confidence for me to use its site to find me the best deals in the future.

I am in the process of complaining to Trading Standards and am also emailing Watchdog. I recommend you avoid using DataKits
