Wrong item sent, then had to pay for

Wrong item sent, then had to pay for postage to return goods before they would send out correct item. That was 7 days ago, and I am still waiting for my order! You can only contact this merchant by email, no phone, and they say they will attempt to reply within 48 hours.

Would I return to this merchant, NO!
