There was a zero rating for unacceptable. I ordered a Jabra Bluetooth headset from Datakits on 13 August 2009. I collected the item from the sorting office on 20 August. I emailed the company straight away because the item was faulty. The goods were returned and I am still waiting for a replacement headset. When you contact them you receive an automated email. I wished I had read the reviews on the internet before ordering from them. As they were recommended by Kelkoo silly me thought they would be ok. They should not be recommended by Kelkoo as the customer service is non existent. By the number of complaints on the internet I am surprised they are still trading. I have now disputed the payment with my credit card company to try and get my money back.
