The merchant sent me the wrong item, of

The merchant sent me the wrong item, of a lower spec than ordered/advertised. I have emailed them twice to explain their error.
I have received automatic email responses and one email advising that they are contacting their supplier. Over a week later and I still have not received any further contact from the merchant.
Definitely NOT recommended!
