The only issue I have with datakits is

The only issue I have with datakits is that it is not possible to speak to someone personally. However, my e-mail enquiry was answered within the 48 hours promised and once I had corrected my mistake with the initial attempt at ordering, the goods were despatch and received within 3 working days. I would use datakits again based on this experience
