I ordered printable CDs from Datakits

I ordered printable CDs from Datakits and two weeks later, they still haven t arrived! I ve sent two email enquiries and the only reply has been the offer of reduced postage on my next purchase! I have had no investigation into the matter, offer of replacement delivery or money back. So guess what?? THERE WILL BE NO NEXT PURCHASE!
This merchant s customer service is worse than bad - it s non-existent. If you re thinking of buying from Datakits, don t! Unless you want your money effectively stolen!
