When my order had not arrived after 5

When my order had not arrived after 5 days I e mailed the company. I was told it had been dispatched 5 days ago and hopefully it would be will shortley.I e mailed several times and phone and never received any explanation of why it had not arrived and when it was likely to arrive. It arrive 16 days after it had dispatched!
