Everything that I have ordered from them

Everything that I have ordered from them has arrived at least 1 week late.
My emails to Datakits about items not doing what they were advertised to do were not even answered. Unfortunately Trading Standards will not persue companies like this unless they get lots of complaints.
On a good note, the website is clear and easy to use & prices are competative.
