My son order goods totally over £70.

My son order goods totally over £70. Goods not sent, he left messages on answerphone as no option to speak with customer service, no one responded, then sent emails from 2 different email addresses quoting same order no. received 2 completely different excuses as to why the goods have not been received!! Datakits have not responded to his request for a refund as the goods have not arrived (now 3wks late). Its obvious from reading other peoples reviews on various websites that this company appears to have a habit of taking our money & not sending the goods. He has now reported the case to trading standards & will now take legal action. I suggest you all do the same. Shame we can't list with no stars!! MY ADVICE BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE
