rdered a phone charger 6 weeks ago. Took nearly two weeks to be delivered. Then, product faulty. I emailed, received my return code, sent it back, explaining that I felt it was the charger and not my phone that was faulty, as my original charger was still just working. Received an email approx 1wk later, saying order status was to replace, and that the order was being processed. Last week, still had no more communication or my replacement charger, so emailed again. Was told this would be looked into straight away, still nothing. So, you have had my money, and my return postage, and I still have no goods. In the meantime, I have had a new charger from elsewhere, with no problem, only the extra expense!
