Ordered stuff which did not arrive. No

Ordered stuff which did not arrive. No answer to my email which I sent 4 days ago inquiring where my goods were and to date no answer to my message left on their answerphone.... no option to speak to a person or to get any answers. Not the cheapest on the web, lousy after sales service so I would not use them again.
