I was very disapointed by the lack of attention. My order was placed and was told that the item was temporarily out of stock, then 2 days later I was advised it had been despatched with max 5 day delivery.As of todays date-9 weeks later it still has not arrived.I have been in constant contact with Data-kits and have now been offered an alternative for £7 more which I could pay upon delivery, 4 days ago I was asked for pre-paymentwhich I am not inclined to do without guarentees.It is impossable to contact anybody by phone to sort this problem out.Can you help?
